Advertising materials and payment must be submitted to the Executive Director two months prior to the month of publication to guarantee insertion. Time-sensitive ads should be updated as needed.

Ad slicks should be camera-ready.

PDF files and Adobe files are excellent sources for printing when possible.

All ads will be printed in black and white. 

Advertisement Dimensions/Formatting:

• Full-page ads: 7.75" x 10"

• Half-page ads: 7.75" x 4.875"

• Quarter-page ads: 3.75 x 4.875"
